* Swell Financial, Inc. is a technology company, not a bank. Banking services and line of credit services are provided by Central Pacific Bank, Member FDIC. Swell Credit is a personal line of credit, not a credit card. To qualify to open a Swell Credit account, you must be approved for and open a Swell Cash deposit account. Qualifications to open Swell Cash and Swell Credit accounts are set by Central Pacific Bank. Swell Cash and Swell Credit are not available in all states. Visit www.swellmoney.com/qualifications for more details about state availability and account eligibility. The Swell Cash deposit account product, for which Central Pacific Bank is the depository, is FDIC-insured for deposits up to $250,000 per depositor. Swell Cash has a $12 monthly account service fee that can be avoided by meeting monthly debit card purchase transactions. Visit www.swellmoney.com/fee-schedule to review the Swell Cash Deposit Account Fee Schedule. As of March 2023, Swell Credit has credit limits from $1,000 to $10,000 (with $8,000 the max limit for certain channels) and APRs ranging from 7.99% to 23.99%. Rates and line amounts are set by Central Pacific Bank, and no particular APR or credit limit are guaranteed. Credit approval is required. For more details, see www.swellmoney.com/qualifications.

(1) Transferring credit card balances to a Swell Credit account may not reduce your overall interest charges or results in faster paydown if the APR on your transferred credit card balances is lower than your Swell Credit APR, if the credit card minimum payment amount is higher than the Swell Credit minimum payment amount, or if you typically make more than the minimum payment on your existing card balances.

(2) ATM transactions with the Allpoint network are “in-network” for Swell Cash deposit account customers. Out-of-network ATM transactions are $2.50; out-of-network ATM operators may charge fees. Other fees such as third-party and cash deposit fees may apply. Visit www.swellmoney.com/fee-schedule to review the Swell Cash Deposit Account Fee Schedule. To find an in-network Allpoint ATM, visit www.allpointnetwork.com/locator.html.

(3) Early paycheck depends on the timing of the payer's submission of the payment file. Funds are generally made available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled pay date.

(4) The Swell Debit Mastercard® is issued by Central Pacific Bank pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.

(5) Swell Credit requires monthly minimum deposits to your Swell Cash account of at least $500.00. For any billing cycle for which you do not meet the monthly minimum deposit of at least $500.00, a Penalty APR of 23.99% may apply. Other events may trigger the penalty APR. For more details, review your Swell Credit account opening disclosures and the Swell Credit Account terms and Conditions, www.swellmoney.com/swell-credit-terms.
